Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Tudor Crystal web site and are set out below. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference.

The Buyer and Seller “We”, “Us” and “The Company” refers to Tudor Crystal. “You” relates to the person making a purchase.

Sale of Goods

When we accept your order, you agree to buy and we agree to sell you the goods specified in the order and at the price specified, Be aware that this constitutes a formal contract subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below. We reserve the right to reject an order if it is thought not to be legitimate.


If your order involves engraving work to be carried out on a piece of glass with specific wording, logo etc. applied, then, subject to the order being fulfilled correctly, it is not subject to our normal offer of return if unsatisfied. Please ensure that you check any engraving details submitted to us, as we cannot be held responsible for errors in information submitted to us.
Options on engraving font are available and any images supplied must be of the highest quality available otherwise they will be deemed not of sufficient quality to produce an engraving to an acceptable standard.



Goods are subject to availability. As a specialist manufacturer of a wide range of lead crystal it is not always possible to keep everything in stock and so in the event that we are unable to supply your order to you immediately we will notify you and give you an estimated delivery lead time and an option to cancel. If there is delay to your order which is beyond this time scale we, again, will advise you.

Sizes and Specifications

All sizes quoted on the web site are approximate as hand made products will always vary slightly in size and weight. All Tudor Crystal products are hand made in the factory in Stourbridge, England. They are made from 30% lead crystal, mouth blown, hand cut and finished by master craftsmen.


Payment can be made by any method specified in our checkout section. In general we are able to accept most major credit and debit cards and guard your payment details by using a totally secure payment gateway provided by Sage Pay. If you prefer, you can telephone your credit card details to us on 01384 392525.
Where your local currency is different to UK sterling, your card tansaction will be executed in £ sterling and your credit card provider will use the day to day exchange rate to convert your charge to the local currency. Tudor Crystal has no control over exchange rates used in this process.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order up until the time of dispatch. No costs will be incurred and any payments made will be refunded immediately. After dispatch you have right to return the goods at your cost. (see below for details)


Goods ordered by you, and available from stock, will normally be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days and should arrive with you 3 -5 working days after that. If, for any reason, there is a delay beyond this you will be advised by email. This can occur when we have no physical finished stock but have 'blanks'  that can be cut and polished quickly. This can add about 7 days to your order. Engraving, which by its very nature is a personalized service, will take up to 7 days to deliver from stock. We do not guarantee to deliver engraved items to a specific date, as it is unreasonable to try and fulfill this as it will depend on the waiting list for engraved items. We take the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives safely, however occasionally breakages will occur and we ask that if this should be the case you advise us within 48 hours so that we can arrange a replacement. A digital image will be required.


Should, for any reason, you wish to return your ordered goods to us we will happily accept your retrun so long as the items are unused and returned in the poriginal packaging. The safety and cost of the returned goods is the responsibiliyt of the customer and if, for any reason, the goods are received broken you will be advised with a digital image of proof.
In such circumstances we would be able to make a refund. Once your order has been returned to us and checked satisfactorily

If you are unhappy with your order and advise us up to 14 working days of receipt of goods, we will be happy to replace them or refund your money. 



All our prices are checked to ensure that there are no errors on the web site. However we reserve the right to advise you of any alteration should a mistake occur. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Tudor Crystal terms conform with both the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 updated as of 13th June 2014.
