Traditional Designs - Castile

To complement its already extensive range of attractive tableware, Tudor Crystal now offers two completely new designs -Castile and Isabella . Both have the same totally new profile, quite unlike any other Tudor design, and both are exquisitely hand-cut to the high standards expected of Tudor Crystal. Castile depicted here, applies traditional cutting and polishing to the distinctive, elegant new shape.

CASTILE- 'Land of Castles'-a kingdom of peninsular Spain from whence came Queen Isabella, wife of Ferdinand II of Aragon. Their daughter, Catherine, was the first Queen of Henry VIII, most fabled Tudor of them all.
