Tudor Crystal takes great pride in the service it offers and will do everything it possibly can to ensure that our customers and clients receive the highest level of service and support.
From the moment you contact us, or place an order online, you will be in the hands of dedicated experienced staff whose main aim is too exceed customer expectations.
From the moment you place your order online it will be tracked and followed through to dispatch and then tracked to final delivery.
Each piece leaving the factory will be checked up to four times for quality to ensure you receive only the finest English lead crystal.
For clients whose needs are different and more complex the sales team will take personal charge of your enquiry, ensuring you get the right information quickly and accurately. If needed samples will be submitted and if appropriate a visit will be made to discuss specific requirements to ensure your needs are totally understood.
If at any time you have a question about your order or wish to find out more then we will be pleased to speak to you by telephone or email and give you any information that you require. Your enquiries are directly received at the factory in Stourbridge and are dealt with by experienced within the facility. This means that for any question it only takes a few minutes for someone to go into the factory and find an answer.
If you have an urgent requirement and we can deal with it before midday, providing we have stock, it can be sent to arrive with you, or if a gift to the recipient, by “next day” delivery.
